Background	Born on Mars in 2345 and raised by Effrem (II) and Shila Stardust. His parents mostly flew supplies to various parts of the galaxy. Not long after Effrem's 12th birthday his parents were betrayed by an employer and they both died, Effrem having been on Mars with his Paternal grandparents, Effrem Sr and Renee. He stayed with his Grandparents until he could enter the academy in 2358. > Upon entering he began in Security and eventually moved his way to Strategic Ops and served with the Marines during the Dominion War.
